Hello! This order form is for a digital download. You would then take the download, in a JPEG file (same as a photo), to upload to be printed. You can have it printed as a photo and frame it, have it printed as a poster, or any other number of ideas. If you need help, let me know. 🙂
You will be able to fill in up to nine people and their corresponding birth flowers. If you’d like to add more people, there are instructions to email me near the end. It really depends on the amount of people and which flowers they need if I will be able to fit them properly.
The base price is $8 for one person/flower and $.50 for each additional person/flower.
This is a sample of my sons’, niece’s, and nephew’s flowers, and their birth months listed instead of their names.
